4 months out and all is good. Couple of a-fibs but they were expected. Ran a 5k at rehab and 2 on my own. I think the fact that you ran the marathon a year later is one of the reasons I enjoyed your book so much. I have always been a runner not fast but a runner. Watched my wife and a bunch of friends do the Spring Lake NJ 5 mile in May (30 days out). I look forward to being in it next year.
I told my cardiologist about your book and how it helped me. He said he would recommend it to his patients.
